SDS Woman didn't start with a business plan. It started with a pair of leggings that actually held me in — that didn't roll down, didn't go see-through when I squatted, and didn't make me think twice about wearing them to the gym or out the door.

I'm Sara, and I'm the founder of SDS Woman. I moved abroad on my own, and fitness became my way of rebuilding confidence from the inside out — one workout, one small win at a time. What I couldn't find anywhere was activewear that actually kept up: leggings that held their shape wash after wash, that fit real bodies rather than one narrow size range, and that made me feel strong instead of self-conscious.

So I made them myself.
