Shipping policy
A note for Ireland and EU customers — from Sara
I want to be upfront with you about something, because I think you deserve to know before you order.
SDS Woman ships from the UK. That means when your parcel crosses into Ireland (or anywhere in the EU), it enters as an import — and An Post or your delivery carrier may collect a small customs fee before handing it over to you. This isn't something I add or control — it's charged by your local customs authority, and it varies depending on your order value.
I'm not going to pretend it doesn't exist, because some of my most loyal customers are in Ireland and I'd rather you know now than be surprised at the door.
What I can tell you is this: women in Ireland keep coming back — some are on their 4th, 5th, 6th pair. So while the fee is real, it hasn't stopped them. But I want you to make that call for yourself, with the full picture.
If you want to check what to expect before ordering, An Post has a customs calculator at anpost.com.
EU customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you're based in the EU (including Ireland), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, log into your account and use the cancellation option on your order, or contact us directly at hello@sdswoman.com.
